VIBE INSTRUCTOR

Ahyoung Kim

Ahyoung discovered Pilates as a fashion student in art school, where free reformer and mat classes became the part of her week she didn’t want to miss. That curiosity grew into a practice and then a career. She completed her BASI Pilates training and now teaches group and private classes at multiple studios in Seattle. Her teaching is detail-focused. She takes the time to set each exercise up well, with clear, exercise-specific cueing and options built into the flow, so you understand not just what to do but how it should feel. Whether you’re new to the reformer or deep into your practice, you’ll leave with a better sense of how your body moves. Her classes are welcoming to all levels, and her goal is to help every client feel stronger, more aware, and more confident in their body.

VIBE INSTRUCTOR

Colleen Dunn

Colleen is a BASI-certified mat and reformer instructor and a lover of everything that supports a healthy lifestyle: mindful movement, nourishing meals made from whole foods, and connection through community. Using the BASI block system to shape her classes, Colleen loves to play in the confines of her training while exploring how she can venture outside the norm to challenge the body in new ways. She loves all the little adjustments that make each move that much more difficult - but rewarding. Warning: brain and body exercises ahead! Anytime you come to one of her classes, expect a full-body workout, some conversation, and to leave feeling a little bit taller.

VIBE INSTRUCTOR

Erin Jeske

Erin discovered Pilates as a part of her injury rehabilitation after playing competitive soccer for many years and fell in love with the practice immediately. With a background in sports medicine, she has seen firsthand how vital sustainable, intentional movement is for longevity, joint health, and overall well-being as we age. Recognizing the power to heal and strengthen the body, she became inspired to help others in a different capacity and completed Vitality Pilates comprehensive certification. Erin brings an engaging, dynamic blend of classical foundation with a heavy dose of contemporary edge to every class. Her flows will challenge your balance, deep core engagement, unilateral strength, and endurance through intentional time under tension. Designed to be both challenging and accessible, her classes offer smart layering so every client can leave feeling confident, empowered, and supported in their movement journey. Outside of the studio, you can find her recharging in nature —usually hiking a trail with her dogs, out on the water paddle boarding, or on the pickleball court

VIBE INSTRUCTOR

Lindsay Davis

Lindsay became a Pilates "regular" when she signed up to summit Mt. Rainier and thought it would be good for cross-training. It was! Post-summit, she decided to keep up with the practice. Her goal is to be like her septuagenarian heroes who can stand up straight, move their spine in all planes of movement, and squat down (and back up!) when getting something out of the bottom drawer. Lindsay is Stott Pilates certified and believes strongly in her clients' success through progressive challenge, variety of movement, and connection to body and breath. She loves seeing clients' pride in their own goals being met; whether it's feeling stronger, mastering a difficult exercise, or noticing better posture.

VIBE INSTRUCTOR

Meheret Endeshaw

Meheret stumbled into a mat Pilates class with her sisters during a girls’ day out and instantly fell in love. Over the years, she practiced Pilates on and off, eventually finding her way back to the practice after experiencing a series of injuries from spending long hours at a desk. Balanced Body trained, her journey inspired her to become an instructor, driven by her belief that our lives have become increasingly sedentary and that movement is essential to feeling our best. In her classes, you can expect a full-body workout, the opportunity to discover what your body is capable of, and encouragement to challenge your limits while moving with intention. When she’s not working, you can find her spending quality time with family, practicing mindfulness, and finding new ways to stay active.

VIBE INSTRUCTOR

Morgan Lee

Morgan has been a yogi enthusiast since college and throughout young adulthood, and her movement journey expanded into silks and hammock before and after pregnancy. After experiencing postpartum weight gain, she discovered Lagree and eventually fell in love with Reformer Pilates. That journey sparked a deeper passion for the Chair, Springboard, RTC, and Ladder Barrel. She began training at Club Pilates 450hr Teacher Training in 2026. She brings strength, rhythm, and intention to every class. As a Black mother, she is passionate about empowering women, especially moms, to reconnect with their bodies, embrace their sexy, and channel their innate power with every breath.
